How to prevent acne scarring

Acne is skin disorder that is developed by sebum overproduction, what is an oil in the human skin.Human skin has small holes (follicles) inside that are linked to oil glands under the skin and they are linked to the pores via tiny canals, also named follicles. Sebum than carries dead skin cells through the follicles to the surface of the skin.

Acne sometimes goes deeper into the skin and this lesions are called cysts.Skin areas with the biggest portion of oil glands are the most susceptible to suffer from acne.

Areas with the highest density of the oil glands are:
  • the face
  • the upper body
  • the back


For example, it is estimated that there are 2,000 oil glands per square inch on the forehead alone.

Acne don't heart, but usually is scratchy and can be embarrasing when grows on the face and creates an ugly scars.Although many people think of acne only as the erupted, red form of acne often referred to as a zit or pimple, acne also includes some non-inflamed forms, known as comedones.

Some people say or articles are stating the bad hygiene or harmful diet are the causes of acne. This is not true! Non of this was proven or verified. The only truth is that the exact cause is unidentified.
According to some studies heredity and hormones might be behind most varieties of acne, however this was not proven or verified.

Swearing off chocolate or scrubbing your face 10 times a day won't change your predisposition to this aesthetically displeasing, sometimes painful, and often uncomfortable skin issue.
What age groups suffer from acne?
Adolescents are those who suffer from acne most and almost every adolescence has some type of acne, however there is also so called "adult acne" that attacks the skin of about 15% of all grownups.It ussualy starts off with puberty. People with dry skin mostly have less obvious signs and symptoms than the one with oily skin.Teenage acne usually goes away at the age of ealy 20s and it occurs in both genders.
